I am Debra, the visionary behind Red Threads Collective, and my purpose is simple yet powerful: I fire people up. Every day, I wake up with an unrelenting passion to inspire others to define their lives, businesses, and attitudes by aligning them with their deepest values.

In 2002, I declared my mission to the universe:
I live to ignite passion, infuse purpose, and inspire progress by connecting, engaging, elevating, and empowering the magnificent relationships and brilliant ideas in my world.

​

I’m known for speaking truth wrapped in grace, with divine sides of sass, moxie, and fire—a style that has fueled every chapter of my professional and personal story.

From Spark to Flame

Over the past two decades, I’ve embraced countless roles as a best-selling author, intuitive consultant, podcaster, executive recruiter, speaker, and women’s empowerment advocate.

• In 2001, I was working in corporate recruiting, matching executives to top positions in Silicon Valley.

• In 2002, my then fiancé, now husband, and I relocated to Seattle, WA, and I started in the real estate industry - moving from a Marketing Freelancer all the way to the Chief Experience Officer at a major brokerage in Washington and Oregon.

• In 2012, I felt called to expand my reach and launched d11 consulting.

• By 2015, I published my first book, Fire Up! Taking Your Life and Business to 11.

• Over the years, I have worked with incredible clients. I co-created the WomanUP!® Movement, where I developed programs like Empowering You for the WomanUP!® Academy, and led hundreds of virtual and live events focused on women in business.

• In 2024, I felt the calling to walk away from an incredible 7 years leading WomanUP!® and launch a decade-long dream... now officially named Red Threads Collective!

 

Throughout this journey, I’ve been fiercely committed to creating opportunities for women to balance feminine and masculine energy at leadership tables, blending strategy, intuition, and community to spark transformation.
