What Moves Her Podcast: My Journey of Leadership, Community, and Empowerment

It was an absolute honor to be featured on What Moves Her. This conversation with Sherry Chris (Executive Advisor, Anywhere Real Estate) and Lindsay Listanski (National Vice President, Marketing for Coldwell Banker Realty) - co-chairs of the What Moves Her initiative, felt like a homecoming as we reflected on my journey, celebrated the power of women’s leadership, and explored the exciting opportunities ahead for collaboration.

Returning to this platform brought me back to where it all began - my early career with Coldwell Banker Bain in 2002. Over the next decade, I moved from Marketing Assistant to Agent to Chief Experience Officer. Coldwell Banker National became my first consulting client when I launched d11 consulting, further cementing the brand’s significance in my professional journey. This conversation was a full-circle celebration of the path I’ve walked.

One of the most rewarding chapters of my career has been building WomanUP!®. The movement was born out of a need to address the disparity between the high number of women in real estate and the relatively small number in executive and brokerage leadership roles. Through WomanUP!®, we created a powerful community focused on identifying, developing, and connecting women leaders. From retreats and virtual events to strategic partnerships with organizations like Inman and Banff Western Connection, we built a movement that inspired other women’s initiatives, including What Moves Her. Securing nearly $1 million in sponsorships was a testament to the power of this mission and the industry's readiness for change.

We also discussed something close to my heart: the sacred sisterhood that keeps me grounded. I am so grateful for the circle of women in my life who support me through challenges and celebrations. Whether through a group text or goddess retreats, this sisterhood lifts me up and reminds me of the power of connection and community.

I was thrilled to share more about my latest passion project, the Red Threads Collective. This is my “Empire of the Soul,” as Tara-Nicholle calls it. It’s a community where women leaders can thrive both personally and professionally by aligning their values and strengths with their businesses. At Red Threads, we dive into everything from marketing and mental health to money menopause because we believe in bringing our whole selves to the table. Through Collective Conversations, events, and membership, we foster a sisterhood that supports curiosity, creativity, and connection. It’s about unlocking personal power, balancing divine energies, and weaving a life of harmony and intention.

I also shared my excitement about the potential collaboration between What Moves Her and Red Threads Collective. Together, we can create meaningful experiences - whether through leadership retreats, panels, or resources that empower women to align their lives and careers.

This conversation was a beautiful reflection of my journey and my passion for empowering women to lead with authenticity and alignment. I’m excited for what’s to come and grateful for the opportunity to share my story with a community equally committed to elevating women in leadership.
