Hello, Beloved Wild One!
I’m Debra Trappen, Founder of Red Threads Collective, and an intuitive transition coach devoted to walking alongside wild, wise women like you.
I have spent the past two decades guiding women to define their core values, reclaim their voices, and design lives and businesses filled with purpose, peace, and passion. I’ve stood on stages, built powerful leadership programs, and held sacred space for women navigating their most important decisions.
And, like so many women...
I attempted a "normal" life, being all the things expected of me - the good girl, the people pleaser, the polished entrepreneur, the magnetic wife, the fun, childfree auntie, the one who always had it together - and who always knew how to take care of herself.
Then, one day, something soft inside me quietly cracked. I realized my strength had been my sanctuary… and it had also become my exile.
There were parts of me I had hidden... my wild, untamed hair…my wisdom beyond my years that made others uncomfortable… the curious little-girl inside me who often questioned leadership, faith, and freedom and was always told to hush.
Joyfully - in this new season - post-50, post-polish, post-pretending, I have reclaimed those exiled parts, and I am holding sacred space for other women to do the same.
I now walk with them through transitions...
