When Women Remember Who They Are, the World Begins to Heal

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how powerful women are... how much fire, wisdom, and sacred knowing lives within us.
And yet, I’ve also been witnessing how often that power gets abdicated. Sometimes it’s handed over to a partner, an employer, or a client. Other times, it’s surrendered to something even more elusive... an old story, a fear of being “too much,” or a deep-seated belief that our worth must be earned.
We dim. We defer. We disconnect...
And, when women disconnect from their truth, the collective heart forgets how to beat.
We see it in the burnout.
In the hustle-for-worthiness cycles.
In the quiet discontent so many carry like an invisible weight.
It happens slowly...
When we shrink to fit expectations,
soften our edges to be liked, and
silence our intuition to keep the peace.
Beloved, we don't need more palatable women.
We crave more whole women.
Women who have peeled away the layers of conditioning, shame, and expectation.
Women who have remembered, through therapy, ritual, or fire, who they were before the world told them who to be.
Women in touch with their sacredness.
With their rage, their grief, their pleasure, their tenderness.
With the sacred storm and stillness that lives in every cell.
We crave women who are so deeply attuned to themselves that they trust their inner knowing over external noise.
Women who say the uncomfortable thing.
Who make the bold moves.
Who walk away from what no longer serves and refuse to apologize for it.
She lets the rest burn.
She watches the illusions crumble.
And in the ashes, she remembers her freedom.
This is the reclamation.
Not of power over... instead - power with and within.
The kind of power that ignites hearts, heals systems, and brings the collective heartbeat back into rhythm.
If this is you… keep going.
And if you’re still becoming her... keep going.
The world is hungry for your wholeness.
